1. A model of high

and it minimizes the shock force by the
interrelationship between internal oil and
N2 gas.
2. Usage : It is used for a place to protect
equipment from large impacts in applications
such as automated storage, automotive transfer
line.
3. Operational principal
- As the external force impacts straightly
to bumper head part, the piston enters to
oil chamber and the oil move to gas chamber
through the multiple orifice. At this moment,
the shock force is absorbed by internal
mechanism. The oil moved to gas chamber
compress the gas by to push the chamber
piston. The compressed gas operate as a
accumulator and make the piston rod to return
to the original position, when the external
force is disappeared.
- Hydraulic Buffer is a non-adjustable
type and it provides a high absorbtion efficiency
of the shock force and the ordering manufacture
is possible as customer's request. Piston
rod can be used for a long time due to its
hard chromium plating.
